My name is Michal Kulla and I have been in the real estate market for over 18 years. Real estate is my "heart". I have completed more than 400 real estate transactions.
HOW DO I WORK?
I DO NOT SELL REAL ESTATE - I LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS. I am interested in the client's needs and problems. I then look for the best solution for the client with the best outcome. I take each deal as my own, putting myself in the client's shoes and suggesting a solution that I would do in their situation. I always make sure that the whole deal goes through successfully and safely and that I bring the client the most money in the shortest time possible.
HISTORY My love for real estate started in my childhood when I loved looking at my grandfather, an architect, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, architects' projects. I changed my original intention to become an architect during a part-time job in the family company KULLA, where I got a taste for business and commerce. During college I took the path of a real estate agent. During my studies they opened a new subject "Real Estate Market" and while still a student I was asked to give a practical lectures. This logically resulted in a thesis with the same title "Real Estate Market". With the advent of the real estate crisis, I developed the business within the family company all over Slovakia. But even during the crisis I was taking care of private clients. After the real estate crisis in 2010 I was approached to sell a residential project in Bratislava. It was there that I invested in my own property for the first time. I recommended several apartments as a good investment to my friends. As the investment paid off, they started contacting me for advice and tips on real estate investing. I have also sold or rented my own and brokered investments at the same time. Nothing prevented me from opening my own real estate agency AMEXA REAL in 2017. After parting ways with my partners in 2023, I agreed with Michal Janči, the founder of BOSEN GROUP, and we joined forces.
EDUCATION The real estate market is a very lively and constantly changing organism. The ever-changing market, real estate, standards, laws, marketing opportunities and tools, as well as the clientele, make every deal unique. The more complicated the business, the greater the challenge and the more new experiences. However, continuous education is required to do this. In my 18 years of practice I have attended many trainings, courses and studies. I didn't hesitate to travel to Hawaii for a month to learn from one of the best brokers in the world. In 2023, I achieved the highest degree in the country with an RSc.
MOTIVATION My motivation is a satisfied client. It is the most important criteria for me to complete a deal as it means the deal was successful and safe for all parties and this leads to referrals to other clients.
